Ahhh. I have upgraded from Photoshop 7 to CS3 and just redid my actions to apply border/watermarks to my photos. I have a problem though, when I open a picture that isn't the same size as the one I wrote the action with, it gets to "Fill" and says "Could not complete the command because the selected area is empty". It writes "From: x.xxx inches, x.xxx inches" below the Fill command and I think that may be the reason. I have no idea how to edit it or get past this.

How about "insert menu item" then select edit->fill. This will pop the dialog for each fill. But it should work.

What do you want to fill?
Are you on the right layer?
What is selected?

Post some screenshots, inluding the steps of the action.

Use percentages instead of measurements in your action?

Awesome. That worked perfectly, thanks. Don't know why I didn't think of that

Thanks to René Damkot and poloman for offering advice as well!
