Nice shot - to be honest, I kinda like the road on the bottom in this shot. It adds some extra "motion" to the picture.

A thought though, have you considered giving a small bump on the curves? On my work computer, it looks a little dark is all.

It does. Need to get off "Exposure Mode = auto exposure"

Try manual in those tough conditions. First set the f-stop & shutter speed you need. Then adjust the ISO.

I would agree the car is a tad underexposed.

Also I would use a circular polarizer in the daylight like that to minimize glare off of the car.
