f3,2 0,6s ISO 200

:confused: How is that possible ? Well - the answer is :
Permanent Neutral Density filter - so it is possible to have long exposures in the middle of day, in bright sunlight.

Is that it? Looks like there is some other processing applied, similar to the lomo effect, though it may just be the vignetting.
