Hi All,
We want to set up an DSLR at the lab for taking pictures of our work (microfluidic devices). At first I thought to get a tripod with the center post that can invert or swing horizontal, but then I figured since we already have a 2 ton optical table for the microscopes, maybe there were solutions that would mount directly to the table (standard optical rail screws and spacing).
Anyone know of anything for this?
I'm guessing something like this
or this
, but I was hoping that it could have an an arm that swung down towards the table (so that we could basically put the front of the lens an inch from the table top).
I saw "copy stands" but the cheaper ones didn't look so sturdy.
Thanks for any advice or search terms.
