I have an Extreme IV and four Ultra IIs and with shooting at max speed, the IV will shoot 17 in RAW, whereas the II will do 16; so not much of a difference. Although I expect one can shoot many more in JPG, there is really not difference in RAW, so I'd go with the cheaper card. But to each his own. Christian
