I would like to see what others come up with! I want the image to look real, rather than a painting like the HDR looks like.

Tack sharp. exposure rocks. What equipment are you using? Thanks for the comments. I wanted to capture the "old" look of the master lock. It's old, yet still does its job.

It's HDR but there are harsh shadows under the rocks and along the tree line. also the coloring is splotchy which might be because of a low quality jpeg but looks more like HDR software issue.
