I've been sidelined this summer with arthroscopic knee surgery, but went out today to show my friends some support. ;)

Good ones, Brad!

Nice, love playing on the grass

It's a lot easier on the knees, too!

And, unlike the sand, you don't itch in strange places

Nice pictures!

I was at Metro on Sunday playing on the grass. I talked to a few people who said they had played in a grass tourney on Saturday. Wonder if it was the same one. ...

I could have, but I like having a bit of motion blur on the ball. Makes it look more like a real game instead of a posed picture where someone could have just tossed the ball into the picture and its floating there.

It was probably the same one. Do you play up at Metro often? I used to go up quite a bit a few years ago when I lived closer (and had healthy knees).

if you wanted some blur, then that was a good shutter to stick with, obviously.

Not as often as I'd like. I usually get out there at least four or five times each summer, and I've been going for years, too. I'm sure we've run into each other at some point.
