Nice shots. I am surprised you got some great fill and stop action with a bounce. Interesting and something I am going to look into for sure.

Did the guy that on #3? Looks waaaaay nose heavy (I know, I've been there including a bad concussion last season from a similar move). Just wondering, if he did pull it, kudos!

Yeah, he pulled it out, Barely... lol

I'm the the guy in the Last picture. It was great, still searching for that IT spot for DH... but the bounce worked out really really good actually! The entire Gallery can be seen here: All shots taken with Fill Flash Bounce!

I would have shot at around f/12. That normally brings the ambient light down enough so you can really see the flash.

no offense Pro, but I'd suggest a slightly different setup...f8-11 is certainly the sweet spot on most lenses so I'd prefer you shoot around f8 and lower your ISO a bit. I think your IQ would go up a good bit and you'd get a little more pop from that flash gun.

Wow...That's some kind of trail...looks like a heck of a sport! I haven't ridden motorbikes in years and used to love trailriding the most, but this stuff look really awesome!

And seems like you got some good advice here on settings to try...I like what you've done so far and with just a wee bit more of tweaking it looks like you'll be on your way NAILING some WORLD-CLASS images...Good on you its easy to see you got the talent...so keep on, keeping on...its just around the corner for you!

Again, great job!!!
