That car looks nice. How many pictures went into this and how many stops apart?

I think you did a nice job on the HDR. They are not over done.

Im not a fan of the flare in the bottom of the colored one, so I'd say B&W

Pics looks awesome!!

Can someone explain the photo process to me? tripod + 5-6 photos with different apertures or just different exposures? Might be a stupid question but im confused

Different exposures. They must all be the same apertures or the picture might look weird. If one exposure was made with 'x' thing in perfect focus and then you make another exposure with a different aperture and 'x' thing isn't quite in perfect focus anymore, when the images are lined up through the HDR software, they won't line up perfectly and the picture might look soft, mis-aligned, etc. For an HDR, you just set a constant aperture and then adjust the shutter speed accordingly to get different exposures.

Nice shots, but I think the dings and dents in the passenger door are distracting a bit. A quick touch up with a spot healing brush should take care of that. :)

thanks guys, much appreciated! hopefully i'll have some more time soon to take some more pics, yesterday i took a girl for a ride on my motorcycle and came into a corner too hot and hit the barricade at about 40 mph. bum knee, bruised/scraped penis (yes, it's true, the girl hit me from behind and ended up in MY seat, with me halfway up the tank ON my most precious organs) and very likely a broken wrist. so i guess all that riding time can go into photos now :)

you should try a black&white but keep the red on the wheels in colour ...

I really like these HDRs.

Canon XTi / 55-250mmIS / NiftyFifty / 75-300mm / 430EX II / hopefully a whole lotta luck
