What is it?

Here I am in Colorado Springs with a couple days a week to get out and take some shots. I have been to Garden of the Gods a few times already. Each time I head out that way, I go by this large rock outcropping that is located directly behind and above the Harley Davidson shop. It is located on the east side of I-25. Can anyone fill me in on what this is and if it is worth trying to get some shots of?? Thanks for your help!!

You are close to an amazing amount of great scenery.
Take a day or two and head out to the collegiate peaks area near Buena Vista. There is some beautiful hiking there.
Closer to you is Lost Creek. Well worth a bit of your time.
Another idea, if you like this sort of thing, is a glider ride along the front range.
Go see the Air Force Academy.
