I'd like to get some opinions. I've been teetering on the thought of whether I should take some Photography and Photoshop courses at a local college or not. I've only gotten into photography and photoshop recently, but I'm enjoying taking pictures so much and I have so many ideas of things I'd like to do. I have a Canon Rebel XT and my Photoshop program is CS, and know the very basics of both but I would like to use them to their fullest potential. Do you think a few 5-week courses for both photography and photoshop would do me well or just a whole bunch of at home trial and error is best? Any tips and advice would be greatly appreciated :) thanks alot.

Good news.....

The pros and cons are hammered out here

For my money, competent instruction is far more valuable than money spent on equipment. My photography classes forced me to do things I would not have done otherwise, but ultimately made me a better photographer.

Because you have a descriptive title, you can look at the "Similar Threads" links at the bottom-left of this page!
Each link you visit should provide more links at the bottom.
