Well I bought a 28 - 70 2.8 about a week ago and am finally going to take delivery today. Can't wait, suppose to be here by 12:00. B+H had a great deal on a used one so I couldn't say no. From what I've read and heard a great lense that will be a perfect addition to my gear since I had to sell off abunch of stuff to get the lighting gear I wanted.

Cheers,
Josh

It's a great lens that's super sharp. You won't be disappointed.

It is a great versatile lens. A heavy monster but really a great lens to have.

Cool, how much? I've been considering one as a normal zoom as I don't need 24mm on it.

Well just got it. Very nice, I need to get out and see if I can get some alligator pics, since I'm chilling in florida this week and would rather shot those then ducks. I got it for $729 + shipping.

Cheers,
Josh

Sweet.

There is usually a duck inside of the gator, so it counts anyway.
