Canon 450D + 24-70 2.8 stolen Replaced with 5D Mark II + 24-105

The key for paintball photography is to always get a shutter speed of aorund 1/1000
Myself i shoot in Av, try for 1/1000 from there i up my F/ stop to around 4ish to 5. and have iso no higher then 640.
