Just came back hiking Yosemite and was really looking forward to catching some of those legendary sunsets. However, Mother Nature had other ideas. This one was taken somewhere above Grouse Creek on the second or third day of the Telegraph fires. I thought it sort of looks like Mordor.

Thanx for the comments all. It was a very interesting hike. Luckily my sister-in-law is a Calif. firefighter and was monitoring the fire carefully. Luckily for us it skirted the park but I heard later many lost their homes.
