Hi all, i took this picture this weekend gone on the seafront in Portsmouth. I tweaked light and sharpness and saturation in PPS. I struggled a bit because the wind, rain and sea spray was so strong. (Typical British summer!) Anyway please advise on what i could do to improve it...............Thanks in advance :)

I think the image needs more of the surroundings in order to get a better feel for the environment and the situation. More importantly, it needs something to give it scale. A human figure standing on the weather decks would help a lot.
