HS Football (practice) TX

Here is the second practice and my first time covering HS football.

Cant wait for full pads. Not much going on today as far as action so I stuck with the receivers.

These are great!!

Very nice attention to detail in the rotation and the crops. The background fences and/or stands are not tilted: Perfect!

Also in #1 you did not crop through the lettering on his shorts, but showed all the lettering. Perfect! You could've chosen to crop just above the lettering as well.

In #2, you left half a coach on the left-hand side. It looks like he probably threw the ball. It's hard to say if you need to put more of him in or crop him out. If crop him out, his OOF hand would probably still be in and annoying.

#3: I think red-jersey OOF boy on the bench should be cropped out. Since the shot is very tight on the RHS, I think it would be OK to be tight on the LHS.

I agree they could be cropped much tighter but I like to keep the 4x6 ratio unless I am submitting them for something specific.

On #2 I did leave the coach in the background on purpose. Looking at it again I think it would be better cropping in more and leaving out the coach.

Friday is full pads so more to come..
