I had posted these in the Landscape forum but it really isn't meant for C&C. I really would like C&C specially on the PP on the individual shots.

All C&C is appreciated, but bad would greatly be appreciated with commentary.

I certainly don't want to sound evil, but the image has issues for me :(

For me personally, it is far too long. It is very hard to make a panorama this long that maintains interest throughout, and I'm not even sure where I would cut this one to make a really interesting image. I would include the lifeguard tower, but shorten it up.

Technically, there are way too many stitching artifacts throughout the entire length of the image.

Sorry :(

Edit: My comments were in regards to the panorama only. When I scrolled down farther I thought your other series was actually very good.

you worked using the thirds. great. I see so many images that could be good but just aren't and thats why. it's great to break out of the box, but working in thirds always works for images like this. I like the wide, but as said there are stitching artifacts I can see in it.

I don't know if it's just my computer but a couple of them look a little too sharpened to me. I'm no pixel peeper though so it doesn't matter to me as much as having the lifestand in the right place, which is.

Not withstanding the tech. aspect of the stitching, I think it works pretty well but for a couple of things. A bit more colour in the sky would have made much more of an impact and worked brilliantly with the silhouettes, and the use of a grad ND would have stopped the foreground being so dark. But the composition and subject matter are there, just a little more needed to make it truely excellent.

Thanks for the comments so far, and the fresh set of eyes. I have been looking at the same pictures for 2-3 days now so I tend to miss things.

Can you point out any other artifacts to me? I only know one. In the far shore line next to the 2nd boat. I did fix that one after I posted it, but I'm just not seeing any other ones.

As far as the beach, it was intentionally darkened so that it didn't competed with the sky. I wanted the eye pulled into the clouds and the sun.

Here are the ones I found. There were other questionable spots, but they could have just as easily been JPG artifacts from very high compression so I didn't point them out.

Thank you very much, I'll fix those as well. Someone actually wanted a full size print so I'm sure these would have been found when I printed them so you just saved me the cost of a re-print.
