Carl's '33 Ford 3-Window Hi Boy Coupe has a 454 Chevy stroked to 496cid & putting out 680bhp on regular gas! The plumbing in the dual 4-bbl carbs is a work of art.
It has Pro-1 Heads (Compression is 10.5:1), Custom Sanderson headers, 700 R4 Dynamic Racing trans, & a Winter quick change 4.83 rear end. It only has 700 miles on it, so no times.
The builder is Craig Yeske of W. Nyak, NY, & there are build pics on their NightmareStreetRods.com site under "Nightmare's Ghost" .

1/80, f/5, ISO 800 may have been a bit optimistic for this shot?

I really like the detail work on the carbs.

I shot this angle later but I liked this one better.

Wow, those headers are sweet.

Are those reflections between the tail lights in #6?

How-a-bout more pics of the '58 Impala next to your subject?

Wow, those headers are sweet.

YES! Custom stuff. Probably cost an arm & leg. ;)

Are those reflections between the tail lights in #6?

Yes, the trees in back.

How-a-bout more pics of the '58 Impala next to your subject?

Sadly, that's the first '58 that I've seen in a long time & I didn't find the owner. Maybe I'll run into it again this year.

Thanks for the comments!
