Not the lens, just the body. I use good quality paint brush.

What do you use?

For me personally, I find a good hot shower and quality shower gel works just fine. :)

For the camera, a slightly damp lint free cloth and dry down with a microfibre cloth. As my cameras are used outdoors 99% of the time, all a paint brush would do is remove any surface dust, not actually clean them.

Rubbing alcohol on cotton for external. Lenspen for optical surfaces. Blower. Brush included with lenspen. Acetone (nail polish remover) to remove stubborn stickers on old collectible cameras...but you have to very careful since acetone can eat away plastic/rubber.
