I hope the lady got one. I'll ask Cpt Rick tomorrow.

Yeah I think I bruised my arm but other than that I'm good. I am just glad the airbag did not deploy. The lady's in the explore did. I can say the active head restraints in Santa Fe function properly.

Keep talking about Hyundai like this and I might have to look at them when it comes time to replace the Suzuki. Does the Santa Fe come in manual transmission and 4WD?

Glad to hear you are OK. Do you have pictures?

I saw a sweet looking hyundai luxury suv (on a commercial)...sadly I don't remember what it was called but the price was quite a bit lower than my nitro...although I don't know if that was base model or what...

G'mae all.

Im Baaaaack. Tired, aching, windswept and with over 800 shots to go through (most with overcast skies). All in all, we had a great time :D I'll share some shots soon when I'm through converting from RAW.

Jamie Holladay wrote in post #6126184 (external link)
Ok one more drops shot. I kinda like this one.

Love this one Jamie!

Have fun Mark. If I never went camping because of the weather, I would likely have never gone at all. ;)

Thanks, Jim. I agree - we ended up setting up the tent in 40+ mph winds between rain showers - 'interesting' - but we got it done. We weren't sure it was going to survive the night but all was well and from then on, the weather improved.

I have to share. This came via email at work... One of our 4 year olds went home and told her mom that a new boy in her class didn't have nice clean clothes that she really though they were too big (I taught this child for the first half of the year... we're talking a very bright child) for him.... and that she thought Jesus would want her to find him some clothes that fit... so her mom took her and they bought two outfits.... and the mom talked to other parents.... and pretty soon... so many families were bringing in clothes that the director of the center had to beg them to stop because they were so overwhelmed with clothing.... new and used.... all because one little 5 year old decided that Jesus would've wanted her to do something about it....
[GIFS ARE NOT RENDERED IN QUOTES]

That's a great story, Jen. Sometimes the children just see thing so clearly, don't they...

As you can tell, I'm still a long way behind. I'll do some more catching up soon but please forgive me if I miss something!

It is your pickable nature that draws us to do it, kinda like how the boy who picks on the girl in the school yard who really does like her. ;)

do you guys remember the Hyundai Hope on Wheels Photo I posted? The Santa Fe with all the hand prints.

Well I was sitting at the red light a little bit ago on my way to get some lunch. I am at a stop. The next thing I know is BOOM BOOM BOOM. The elderly lady in a ford windstar plows in the the middle aged lady in the ford explore that is STOPPED behind me and I smack a Sonata. Crushed the rear of the Santa Fa

Ouch!!!
Glad you are ok though.

Actually....I was trying to figure out why on earth they chose Binghamton. It has to be because of the people in VA or the leaf peeping. There would certainly be more things to do in Syracuse than Binghamton....nope...I'm not trying to convince you to go...I am just playing detective...hehehe

The term $hit disturber seems more fitting. :p

Wife gets like that with her sisters....as a matter of fact, she is not speaking to her sister now that lives next door to us.

I have seen people that won't talk to siblings who live near by for years over really stupid things. I just don't get it, they are family after all. My brothers, especially one, can be real trying sometimes, but we just suck it up and things always work out great in a short while.

Nah....more curiosity than anything else...I grew up in the Binghamton area....so I was a bit shocked when someone mentioned it.
