Actually, her's are pretty plain. No spicy stuff...
She cooks hambureger, rolls it in corn tortillas with a bit of shredded cheese, put them in a glass baking dish, covers it with canned enchilada sauce and about two pounds of shredded cheese. We ate at Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney last night. I had a dish called "Pastalaya" which is their version of Jumbalaya. Now that was spicy! Yum!

Hi folks ..I'm bummed ..got home from Crissa's them my puter went on the fritz and I lost alot of really cool photos ..I had just uploaded them today is there any way to get them back ? I already formatted the card they where on ~~Crying ..
The good thing is I got it up and working again ..yipeeeee
