Thank You. John came up with the screen name (which is part of one of my email addresses) because I am crazy about primates,

I have never entered anything at the fair. I really don't get this:

Ok lets break this down and you guy correct me each and everytime I am wrong and explain what I really don't understand.

1. I get this
2. Self explanatory
3. Again self explanatory
4. Well Duh

a. so since I have been paid for work I can't enter?
b. no applicable
c. does this mean since I taught Pam & Eric (and a few others) something I can't enter?
d. I don't have a shop or BL so I'm ok here.

Tell a story - I get that but how does a flower, portrait tell a story?
General appearance - I don't get this one
Quality of workmanship - sharp well composed etc?
Originality - I can do that (I think)
Correctly classified - for the love why in the world would you get points for following instructions

Landscape/Seascape - don't have one
Flowers - Mine all suck
Portrait - would my firefighter shot work? (the one I showed at GMA)
Animal/Bird - Mine all suck again - is a spider or butterfly count? What about a lady bug (those all suck too)
Humorous - Explain

Why no CARS?

Ok any calrification or suggestions from what you have seen me post would be great.

Sorry man, I'm just trying to figure out OUR rules here.. I've got 3 to enter....

We were supposed to have picked up Caitlin two hours ago at 3:30, but a plane delay in Tokoyo now has here coming in near 10:00. It will be great to see her, I miss my baby girl.
She has not even met Jasper yet, she left a couple days before we picked him up. We have a bit of a surprise for her. On her blog of her trip one headline read 'Elephants are my new favourite animal' because they had been riding them and cleaning and playing with them in the water. So I made up an elephant mask for Jasper to wear when she meets him, so maybe he could be a favourite of hers too.

You better get pictures of Caitlin's return.... Caitlin & Jasper the Elephants meeting!!!!!! Awwwwwwwwwwwww I know you'll be glad to see your baby!!!

I thought I would post some photos of our trip to Joshua Tree earlier this year. John helps me out by doing all of the post processing for me, since I am usually busy with work.

QUOTED IMAGE

Love this one Heather!!!! It's a beaut!

I got to see whats in there.

Let us know how that works out for you. I suggest checking her backpack for the change of cloths. EVERY girl I know who was not allowed make up and ho clothes changed on the way to school and washed their face before going home.

Wow nice but like Becky said are you sure on the ID? Looks big and long for a greenie.

That's great!

Sounds like a good sociology study. Did you park and watch?

Yeah terrible :p

Cute:) I hope all goes well.

ho clothes *giggle* I will concur with Zane on this one.... My friend has caught her 13 year old daughter doing that several times....

Becky/Zane...Chris says it is a green heron. He's our resident boid expert. I don't think we have tri-color herons in this part of the US but I could be wrong.

A few years back I would go to a night Adult School B&W film photography class at one of the local high schools. Anyhow, my route took me past San Diego State University during sorority rush week. I was amazed at the outfits some of the sorority pledges were wearing. They were dressed very much like the streetwalkers that hang out a few blocks from the university...

Some days on campus I was certain I had working girls in my classes. . . low cut midriff shirts, shorts the size of panties, and skyscraper platform sandals. There was often more cloth in their backpacks than on their bodies.
