Storage problems.

Well i just formatted my computer and installed a new hard drive, but for some reason my external hard drives are not getting recognised by windows vista along with my usb card readers. any help?

Do they show in device manager? If not you may be missing the USB root device. This would be part of the chipset driver.

yep, got the @bios utility, found out which motherboard i have, and downloaded the chip set drivers. thanks mate.
