Sometimes when I have to do a shoot with the sun shining real hard the display is very hard to see. Even the histogram is very hard to see so that really irritates me. Also I want to protect the screen before it's too late (even though they are quite durable).
I went looking for some LCD hoods, and found 3 options. And I'm really not sure which one is the best for me but I know you guys can convince me.
Option two is like option one but it has buttons all around which can fail. I don't really see the point of all the buttons if option one works well, anyone ?
Option three is mabye the best for viewing the display but the camera is getting physically a bit larger and yeah, I just don't know. If I'm taking pictures on a tripod I have the feeling the camera will move once I have my eye against the LCD viewer and that's not what I want in multiple exposure shots. But I think it will give the best protection and the best results for viewing. But I have my doubts about the usabilty.
By the way, I'm aware that the first two are chinese crap, but the first one looks pretty decent to me.
Can anyone tell me what the best option is ? If you have a better suggestion, be my guest.
