Need help with fll flash... Quickly if possible:)

You are right Tim. The only reason I said to expose half a stop under was that based on the settings I 'think' he is shooting in bright sunlight, harsh lighting conditions. So it will be harder to balance shadows, highlights AND combine with a good exposure on the subject. That and my luck with shooting in AV so the flash does fill has been very hit or miss for me, especially in bright light. Takes too much fec adjusting. Whereas in manual I get consistent predictable results.

If you can get both exposed exactly right then by all means, thats the proper thing to do.

if its in direct light, set camera to manual, iso 100, 1/200 of second. set it to spot metering. meter of the bright side of the face of your subject or the background. adjust the f stop, so that you have the correct exposure of the bright side of face or back ground. with 135, you probably need fec of +1, depending on your distance. fire a test shot and see how it works. here is a sample using that technique. my fec was +1, but I was too close to subject
