It's on page 126, and this is in the revised edition of the book.

The idea is that when there is green color in your frame you can use that in your measuring.
Peterson - "Mr. Green jeans prefers to be exposed at -2/3".

thx JOHNZ!!! i guess i should read it a 5th time...LOL!! also too, i started noticing that as the book progressed, he would tell what he did, but left out "WHY" he did it....BUT I LOVE THE BOOK.LOL!
