Shot this at the pool with a friend of mine. Shot with a 40D, 18-55mm IS lens with a circular polarizer and the 430EX flash

Nice shot, nice model. I think it would have worked a bit better if you would have shot from lower down so that the leg distortion was less prominent.

Get that flash off camera and you could totally take your next photo with your "friend" up a notch, or two, or three;)

the water looks so enticing...

i agree with pp about the leg distortion however i think the angle might have made her look shorter and make her head look larger
