Aside from tech specs, one thing I really
like about the G-series is the simple elegance
and attractive design of the G3, G5, & G6.
The G1 was cute, too, specially for its time,
in spite of the poor ergonomics. The G2 didn't
do it for me.
Anyhow, I just saw the design of the Konica-
Minolta new DiMage series on DPreview. I'm
sure they are fine cameras, but what in the
world were they thinking when they designed
something so ugly? They (the Z5 and Z20)
look like toilet seats turned on their side!
Anyone else have a favorite ugly design?
