Hi,
I have a Manfrotto 128RC head (originally bought for video) but I would like to use this head for my Canon 40D does anyone know if this is the plate I need?
I have tried googling and actually asked manfrotto (no answer)......
TIA
Bluemist.

Dont ask me why, same plate, new model number, who knows. [Gear List | Flickr
