My neighbour was playing in a meet this weekend so I went out to check the sport out as I've never seen it before. It looks like a lot of fun. Lots of running and hard stopping and turning, but not nearly as brutal as regular polo. I took the camera out of the car for about 1/2 hour before I had to leave, so here are some pictures for you.

That last shot is great too.. ha.. I can *feel* them reaching for that ball! Looks like a fun sport.

Thanks! Playm: I stuck them on my website and will pass the word around so that the riders know they're there. They had another guy there doing pics for them (see rant in the business section) but I have no idea where to find his pics although I am terribly curious so I'm going to have to make some discreet inquires.

Came over here from the "rant thread". Yeah, if you find the other photog's pics, I'd be interested to see 'em too. Of yours, #6 and #8 are killer. Love the action.

Hmmm, I was just going through the pictures, I should have really posted the following one as I think it's one of the best that I got. I love how both horse's legs are in the almost exact same position as they skid to a halt!

These pictures are good but you really could have done with the extra range of the 70-300 kit lens!

Damn..... I'll have to dig my kit lenses out of the basement. Think how much easier it will be to hold up all day long too ;)
