This family almost lost their home and everyone in it, on Christmas Day 2001 from the bushfires started by Integral Energy who have accepted responsibility. They are still waiting for compensation to rehabilitate the land from Integral Energy and their insurers, but every sunset is a shocking reminder of the event.
