A friends car after 2 years of proper restoration, stripped down to the shell, all paint removed and put together with every bolt and screw new.

Sexy.

i'm a 3s owner as well. I love this though 99 front ends always look great. Looks like the active aero works as well that's always a plus. What year was this originally 94-96?

looks like a 91-93 originally from the fins on the rear bumper..but i dont know.
looks nice but not digging the wheels on how they seem to stick out from the sides and looks like the tires are to small for the wheels.

Well observed ;) It's true, the car is a 93 model.

I'm going to have to side with Frank here.

Is there any way that you could use a non-wide angle perspective. It distorts the lines a bit much here, so taking it outside, and getting a 'normal' perspective would bring this thing to life. I always wanted one, especially the VR-4. Back in the days when Mitsu had something going for it. I was too young, and too poor, but I admired it nonetheless.

On the lower picture I was kind of trying to get the distortion. But A full photoshoot will be done soon, and Then I'll take it outside ;)

Chris, It's very likely that you saw it on 3si.org

woodja, The calipers will be taken care of. He just got the thing on the streets and there are still some minor tweaks left ;)

My VR4 will get a photoshoot also once i get it painted.

Is the owner going to add a wide body kit? That would look real nice, hypothetically, especially given the offset of the rims. That, with some side exhausts, and some nicer rims...haha...maybe I'm explaining my dreams. Nevermind ???

Nice looking car. That's some great work done to restore it. You have any "before" pictures?
