Hey guys, I got some Night shots and Star Streaks that I'd love to share. This first one is just an experiment, the only light is from one passing car, and the moon. About 5 minutes of exposure. I think that kinda works for some reason.

This next one really needs to be bigger to get the star streaks. Its my best Star streak so far, but i'm getting better.

Next I have a shot I tried to get of the moon. It turned out pretty well considering I only have a 105mm lens. Some good detail on the moon, can show the bigger version if needed.

Then we have my favorite from the shoot. This is a little one lane bridge out by where I live. I'v never done night landscape shots like this before. I think the colors look a little funky, but those were almost the exact colors in real life.

nice shots! I am really trying to do a lot of night/long exposures too. Will post when I get some that I am happy with.

Is it raining in that last shot or are those bugs?

The only one I'm crazy about is the last one. Looks like a movie still.

The star steak shot is barely noticeable. Can't access your EXIF data, but maybe bump up the ISO if you haven't already, or use a longer exposure. Or maybe just get away from those city lights.

Its really the city lights that are the problem. I can't figure out what is in the street light, but it was a 4 second exposure, so its possible that its bugs. It wasn't raining, though. I love the last shot, too, so thanks! I'm going to go back out soon and see what other things I can take at night, its really cool.
