That is part of the Patriot course..........which was not used during this event. We went up to that side hoping, but there was a Skip Barber driving class going on. :lol:

Yup, the big Oak tree as mentioned. You know the main gate, where you pass through and turn right to head to the pits? If you turn left.....it brings you around to the Patriot Course and the big Oak is right there.

Yeah I do too. It really shows the heat off alot better. I had no clue this things put out that much heat. Obviously by that statement, the heat capture wasn't intentional, but I know what to look for next time. ;)
