Almost looks 'Lensbaby'ish. Cool shot- yeah, it makes me dizzy, but in a good way;)

I've had some fun with zoom blur before as well. It works real well when you have some sort of bright particles in the air like falling petals or confetti. It also works well if you focus on someone eating something large or simply making an intense face!
