Was there something you especially liked about the box growing out of the trunk? ;)

An abundance of modification? Any chance you've got any more photos showing these modifications? His car looks extremely clean, and you've got some good shots to show it. I've been tossing around the idea of getting a pre-1975 honda and rebuilding/upgrading like crazy.

ground control with konis, custom sways, 13x8 wheels with kumho 710 slicks, swapped with an accord motor from the 70s with webber dual carbs, magnaflow exhaust with custom piping, sparco race buckets, nardi steering, can't think of any thing. I'll get a motor shot when i find it.

Its pushing like 110whp and weighs 1500lb. Their planning on going with a D series turbo whenever the motor gives out.

Nice photos. Obviously a lovingly maintained car.

The neighbor down the street had one of those when I was in high school. He kept a second one in the backyard for parts. It's the only car I've ever sat in that I could have driven from the back seat. I know because he'd taken the driver's seat out to put in the "driving" car. Granted, I couldn't reach the pedals if I sat all the way against the back of the seat, but I could from the front of the seat.

That's just about what I want right there. Realatively simple to build, not too expensive, and great power and handling in a car that would have most people scratching their heads. On the extreme end though, I'd love to tube-frame one and fab in an S2K motor and diff.
