Self Portrait- Mountain Bike "Cutty"

Well, I got a new rig (Mongoose Ecd) and I had an idea for a self portrait. Lately I havent been happy with my composition in shots and also wanted to try this.

Heres the shot:

I like the exposure very much and getting that timing down is incredibly tough so well done on that. What I don't like is that you aren't looking anywhere near the camera which would help and that you have the foot down making it look very stged (hmm, I guess i was though, right). My suggestion would be to slide right at the camera with your lighting just camera right or left (or both if you have two guns).

Ten second timer, took me a fair few goes to get right! I never really thought about the eye contact thing, I am actually looking at the flash to see if it fired!
