My stand:
http://www.bhphotovideo.com …kground_Stand_System.html (external link)

It comes with three crossbars that can support 9' paper rolls or the stands themselves will accomodate one 12' paper roll.

They're not bad, but just a little bit flimsy. I need to get some weights for mine. I've never had any indication that they're going to tip, but they are top heavy with two rolls of seemless up top. I'd rather have peace of mind than piece of model. :o

In case you prefer a very cheap, DIY project, here's mine:

Two tiered, designed to hold two 53" w seamless paper. Can dissemble in 5 minutes.

The Photoflex stand is actually quite good and seems to be more stable than some others.

There are a lot of ~$100 systems that work well but they are a little flimy. As long as you don't overload it and you use sandbags or some weights to stabilize the light stands used then you're ok.

Also, some of the more expensive systems are not always better, just more expensive.

Do you plan on using this for 1 roll of seamless at a time, and are you planning on using 53" or 9' seamless?

Hi syntrix,

Great to hear. In my experience I've found Photoflex to produce very good products all the way around.
