First time for Polo

Here are two samples of my first polo attempts. I am not a very good Photoshop user and I would appreciate any help and hints that anyone has to offer. The light is harsh and I'm having a hard time getting any face details.

All C&C welcome and appreciated.

Those are nice shots. .. In PS, go into Enhance>Adjust Lighting> Shadow/Highlights

Looks like you could shoot a lot of near-wrecks.. LOL You did a great job.
