Yes, you can if all you want to do is trigger the flash in manual and non-wireless remote modes. ...Leo

PC plugs do tend to develop loose connections over time (screw-lock PC plugs are much better, though) but that can easily be remedied with the use of a PC plug conditioner or a pair of pliers. And they're very inexpensive. So, go ahead and set up your studio and use them until you're ready to go wireless. Just make sure you or your subjects don't trip over the sync cables. ...Leo
