I have a manfrottoo 3245 and would like to mount a 322RC2 ball head on it. From what I read the ball heads all have 3/8" threads but my monopod has a 1/4" stud?
Is there an adapter plate I need to get also or am I missing something.

Thanks

Bob

You need something like this to reduce the 3/8" thread to 1/4" for your monopod:
