and when I ask here, I really do want people to tell me what they are thinking. I'm not meaning to criticize but it's just what really jumped out at me re: that photo.

I know it's so weird...the last few times I've posted in here it's been silent for hours. I was thinking that someone was trying to tell me something

I've managed to nearly kill the thread myself quite a few times recently, but it always manages to survive.

About to make lunch here, then get the little guy to take a nap.

My oldest was honored for being an all-around outstanding student at the assembly this morning. Each month they feature one value for all the students to model. Brady was honored this month because he was said to be one of the best models for all the values they will feature throughout the year. He didn't see us in the crowd until after his name was called, and when he did spot us his proud grin grew into an even bigger smile.

Looks great, Dom.

Quick comment on the slideshow, though. When it was first loading is was really blasting through the slideshow -- moving way too quickly to see the images before jumping to the next one. I had to cycle through a couple of times before everything seemed to be loading and transitioning at the right speed and in the right order. Before then it seemed like it was starting in the middle, and jumping to the next image before I'd had a chance to see what it was.

:) that's so cool!

He was, deservedly, quite proud. Since he's a 4th grader in a 3rd/4th grade split class, his teacher and the other adults around the school have made quite a point out of using the 4th graders as role models. That he got picked on top of that really had him glowing. :D

OK! I have an actual photog question!

I want to create/build a photog website on my own and I see that there are a lot of people that have done that built a website and hosted there photos there and the results look really cool- anyways, does anyone have any suggestions on decent web hosting sites?
