it isn't that it's hard to sell...it's just me...I don't live in a metropolis so I'd have to mail it (it's like $200 for overnight shipping) and it's just so easy to get scammed anymore

Why ship it overnight? Isn't 3-day or ground is pretty typical?

if you desat that shot a bit, it'd look like a true retro advert for that truck...and what a truck it is! DROOL!

I'll give it a play. You should have seen it in person...flawless.

Got the call today from my old job ... I've officially been offered part-time (20 hours) until July 2009, at which point they hope to have the money to hire me at a higher wage full-time... (they won't know the state of the budget until December or January... with new home construction down a large source of income for cities is in decline)

So that is nice to know I have a backup. I still haven't heard back from a really cool job I've inquired about - it isn't publicly listed anywhere, so there isn't a "we will let you know by x date"... which kinda bites)

Then another job I applied for last month but didn't get called on let me know today that they had an issue in their hiring process and everyone will need to re-apply... I don't really want to have that job, it pays well, it is in my field, it has good benefits, but... it is a server admin position and I like jobs with a little more variety and human interaction...

So we shall see... I am happy and feel blessed that I have enough possible open doors in this current economy, but it is also a pain trying to figure out what I want to do... or if I will get accepted somewhere....

Nice to have options...and certainly if nothing else pans out...the 20 hours is at least some income until the economy gets back in gear.

Let me help you on this one... take the job with the city and get one concession of your choice.... they need you and will more than likely give something. Besides, I need somebody to get their system working properly at my office. When do you start?:D:D

One thing I like about the part-time job is that it is close, 4 miles away, and it gives me more time to work on my own projects/businesses....

Like I am heading down to Corvallis, OR tomorrow on a project that will get me more in one day than I would in a week at this part-time job... so I am leaning towards the part-time job, but this one FT job I am trying to get would be really nice! LOTS of camera gear could be had :-D
