The rain is actually falling here...how much we get remains to be seen...but we will take it...last week we went to Cataloochee to see if we could get some elk shots...driving in was like going through a volcano....there is about an inch of dust on everything...

I hope you guys get some rain soon.

I hope we do too Julian! Dan & I went to Cataloochee up outside of Maggie Valley... the dirt road leading into the park was insane.... the foliage on the side of the road was covered in a layer of dust.... It's bad up here...

Mooooooooooooooo!

I hope we get some rain. It is in the forecast, but I don't have much confidence in forecasts.

I hope we do too.... and like you.... I do not expect it nor count on it.... The city of Asheville (I am about 10 min from downtown) gets much less rain than the surrounding areas.... Dan who lives out in BFE (i.e. Leicester/Alexander) has gotten a bit more rain than I have.... It's nuts....

I just checked the radar and it looks like all the rain is west of here and some to the north. As usual, nothing in my area. :(

Well I can't hold my breath for obvious reasons and I can't type with my fingers crossed. Maybe I can keep my toes crossed. :)
