It's pretty bad....Sounds just like California. All of the boat owners were told to get their boats out of Folsom Lake in Northern California back in July, because the lake is drying up again. It's been doing that every summer for a few years now. Last year in December I walked out onto the dry lake bed to a bridge at the site where an old gold mining town used to be. In a normal year, that bridge and town site would be under something like 20 or 30 feet of water. My name is Lonnie, but I answer to Thomas too.
