I will be going to Mosport this weekend for the ALMS. I don't have a press pass but I am wondering if anyone that has been there knows of good photo areas for general access?

I've never shot there but the one thing that I do before going to a track to shoot is study the map. LINK (external link) I hope that helps a little at least.

There's a few other threads in regards to Mosport that I and a few other members have posted information on. Have a look for threads in the Motorsports section by me, Not4You, 13inches etc and you should be able to get some decent info.

Mosport is pretty much entirely open, the last of a dying breed of race tracks where there isn't catch fencing everywhere and the crowd has a perfect view anywhere of all the racing action.

There used to be Canon gear here but it disappeared.
