I bought this equipment of Ebay, mostly for the 5 Manfrotto 035 clamps and the spring clamps, but no clue what the other stuff is?

Minerallac Scissor-Clip #SCX-1, No clue what they are for?

What you are describing (minerallac scx-1) sounds like suspended ceiling light mounts for lowell pro-lights and others like them. I am needing at least two of these and would possibly buy more if they are the mounts I think they are. Please respond
