Actually focus looks to be pretty good.
1/200 sec at 360mm is probably where your main problems at. Just have to get that shutter going a bit quicker.

Thanks Gary. Can`t seem too get camera setting just right on A LOT of shots. My reflex is not fast enough. I was shoting this GBH as he was wading. then took off.

So many chooses so little time.

Next time you are out try 'M'
If you can get a correct exposure on the bird at a good shutter speed, that same exposure will still give you the right exposure of the bird in flight. Don't be afraid to push the iso even higher.
