Took the afternoon off and went to the downtown airport to practice too! Was happy with what I got today. But things were slow at the airport. The Tunderbirds finally got up. Here's a couple from today.

Much better weather than what they forcasted for today. However, I think it'll be cooler this weekend than it was yesterday. We had the jet doing the PA flights here yesterday. I was doing a PT test or else I would have gone out to take photos.

I was out all day Saturday, on top of the Body's Reveled Billboard at the south end of the Broadway bridge. Took about 1200 shots, most dont look to good, they have a haze about them with not much sharpness. I know my rig was working, everything but the arial shots looked great. Maybe it was the air conditions. Im going down to the rail yard today, much closer.

Nice shots all around. But, I'm very curious how you shot the "F-15 favorites". Looks like you would have been flying alongside of them. Can't be from the ground.

I shot those from a place on the BNSF rail way just to the east of the runway. Great place to shoot from if they come from the north.

Heres a shot of me on a billboard on top the colonial patterns building saturday, and a shot from sunday at the railroad.
