Parallel hobby

Just out of curiosity
what else do you do besides photography (potn surfing dosent count )

Personally ive been doing photography for roughly 2 years
but only intensively (well compared to earlier) since february
Ive also been doing spaceart since 2005
and skiing/snowblading since im 6

I read Bruce Lee books. And watch shark shows.

I love cars! I used to go on car forums just as much as I do POTN now. But the cost of gas and vehicle modifications is too much money, I just maintain my Impala properly now and leave it stock.

I also love stereos and home theater, but you can only do that so much as a hobby. Perhaps if I ever get into building speakers or something...

Also I love Nat.geographic channels, Discovery, and other stuff like that.

scrapbooking, birdwatching and gardening (indoors and out)

Horses and cows = Rodeo! (and let's not forget the Cowgirls that come along with the rodeo!!!)

I ride. Motorcycles. I have 7 of them at the moment. Going on a 3 day ride in the mountains and coast of California next weekend.

Been shooting for 40 years and riding for 50 - and still here to talk about it.

I can't even afford THIS anymore. Amateur radio, cars, Mopar musclecars, just about anything mechanical. If I had the money, I'd be just plain dangerous.

I have my Private Pilot Certficate but it doesn't get used much of late...

sadly though it doesnt need much done to it (good yes, but boring for me lol)

Skateboarding, church, volunteering, web design, guitar/singing/piano, writing.

Guns, guns, and guns.

Also, I have a nasty habit of collecting "gadgets" that I find. I also have an unhealthy obsession with Oakley sunglasses.

As for non-collecting-type hobbies, I very much enjoy cooking, playing the irish whistle, lighting things on fire, making things go "boom", etc. A magnifying glass is a boy's best friend.

Hmmm...a hobby other that photography. Really I think it is my only hobby at the moment. Between the money and time I spend between photography and POTN, working, and being a family guy, I don't really have a whole lot of time or money left over. I actually find photography so satisfying that I don't really have a void that needs filling by another hobby at the moment.

I do like to play poker though.

Music.

Woodworking. The shop is more full than my camera bag.

Aside from this hobby...
Cycling.
Brewing my own beer. I love IPA's and wih the price of hops going up as it is.. I have a new hobby.. Growing my own hops.
Saltwater fish. I have a 55 Gallon tank @ home and a 12 Gallon tank at work
Lastly.. my most expensive hobby behind this one.. Paintball
Oh; And I'm on an outdoor soccer team, indoor soccer team and a softball team.
